Our Returns and Exchange Policy:

Ergocube will refund 100% of the purchase price of any product post-marked for return within 30 days of your receiving the product. Or, if an exchange is requested, Ergocube will exchange any product for a different size, color, product, etc.

To Return or Exchange An Item:

Send an email to customerservice@ergocube.com to request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) or an XMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number). RMA or XMA Numbers are required for all returns and exchanges.

  • When we reply to your email requesting a return or an exchange, we will provide our return shipping address.

  • Returns and Exchanges sent to our office without an RMA or XMA Number will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be within 30 days, in its original and unworn condition (less initial try-on), include all original packaging & tags (if possible).

  • Item(s) must be returned in a shipping box to the address above.

  • Returns that are worn, soiled, washed, altered, dry cleaned or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.

  • Mailing envelopes will be refused due to damage & crushing of items.

  • Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges will be subject to a second shipment fee as shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of our customer.

  • There is a 15% Re-Stocking Fee for all returned orders processed via Purchase Order, Personal Check, and/or Money Order.

  • There is NO Re-Stocking Fee for on-line orders placed with credit cards or PayPal.
