Our Returns and Exchange Policy:Ergocube will refund 100% of the purchase price of any product post-marked for return within 30 days of your receiving the product. Or, if an exchange is requested, Ergocube will exchange any product for a different size, color, product, etc. Returns and Exchanges should include the original product packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges will be subject to a second shipment fee as shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of our customer.
To Return or Exchange An Item:Simply email us at
customerservice@ergocube.com to request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) or an XMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number).
RMA or XMA Numbers are required for all returns and exchanges. Returns and Exchanges sent to our office without an RMA or XMA Number will not be accepted.
